Kinesphere Reseller Program
Terms and Conditions

Reseller discounts are based on cumulated sales. A reseller must have sales totalling $500 or more to be eligable for reseller discounted pricing.

 

Example:
Sale 1: $200 - no discount
Sale 2: $400 - discount 20% on $100
Sale 3: $100 - discount 20% on full amount and for future sales

Prices and discount rates are subject to change without notice at Kinesphere's sole discretion. Kinesphere may also remove a Reseller from the Reseller Program without notice at Kinesphere's sole discretion.

Reseller may generally advertise that it is authorized to resell Kinesphere products and Kinesphere may generally publicly disclose that Reseller is an authorized reseller. Any other public statements or releases by Reseller regarding the relationship between the parties shall require the prior written approval of Kinesphere.

The relationship between Kinesphere and its Reseller is that of independent contractors and nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, franchisor-franchisee, or agency relationship between Reseller and Kinesphere. Reseller shall not have authority to assume or create any obligation or make any representation of any kind on behalf of Kinesphere.
